While he was out scouting, a du Toit Assassin murdered his partner, as well as the client. This is the reason that the PI is now tracking this case without help or a client.
He would like to get revenge on both the assassin and the assassin's employers. He has tracked down the assassin to The City's Grand Hotel. And has asked the players to sneak in and find out more about the assassin's goals.
The assassin is staying at Room 418
