Start with Factory. Johan 't Hof already has connections to that quest. The clues at the end of Factory should lead the players to Valens' town house. There, the players will meet Chase the Private Investigator, who asks them for help with Cover Blown. After infiltrating the Grand Hotel and finding the Spymaster in Room 418, the players will be directed to the Antique Shop, where the statue was supposedly brought.
