Dry Summary
One of the statues ended up in the hands of a Spymaster, who went haywire, killed a bunch of his spies, and disappeared.
Questgiver
A PI is investigating the murders for personal reasons. He will ask the players for help because of their previous experience with the statues.
Hook
After the party tracks down one of the statues, the PI will reach out to them specifically to ask for help with this case. The Private Investigator has tracked down three locations he believes are related to the case.
Investigation
Introduction
The latest in the series of murders. A messenger was killed in a second home of a wealthy business man. At the time of the murder, the owner of the apartment was out of town, so he claims it must have been one of the servants.
Searching the premises
Although the body was removed, the messenger's bag remains in building. Inside of it are various letter addressed to, or sent by a Mr. Valens. There is a letter lying next to the bag, its envelope is not marked with any name nor address.
Capture
Although Room 418 is the Spymaster's, the statue is not there. The Spymaster has completely thrashed the room, leaving broken furniture and torn bedding. The man himself is a pitiable mess, rambling about how "That bitch stole it, SHE TOOK IT FROM ME!". He will attack the players with on sight.
