Valens has ensured no official investigation uncovers his involvement. During Cover Blown the Private Investigator is dead on his heels hunting down the murders for some personal reason.
Motivation
His boyfriend was murdered by the spymaster and he is on a quest to bring the murderer, and whoever instructed him, to light.
