Valens' mansion near the edge of the city centre.
Leading up to the players visiting [[Factory]] a lot of the workers were moved here and held in the basement. They have since been moved to the [[Castle]].

The workers were moved ahead of time because the [[Spymaster]] went insane leading up to [[Cover Blown]], killed a messenger, attacked [[Valens]] and ran away to [[Room 418]] of the [[Grand Hotel]]
