Start with [[Factory]]. [[Johan 't Hof]] already has connections to that quest.
The clues at the end of [[Factory]] should lead the players to [[Valens]]' town house.
There, the players will meet Chase the [[Private Investigator]], who asks them for help with [[Cover Blown]]. After infiltrating the [[Grand Hotel]] and finding the [[Spymaster]] in [[Room 418]], the players will be directed to the [[Antique Shop]], where the statue was supposedly brought.
