A German spymaster living in the city. After coming into contact with one of the statues he went completely insane, killing several of his spies before disappearing. [[Valens]] has ensured no official investigation uncovers his involvement.
During [[Cover Blown]] the [[Private Investigator]] is dead on his heels hunting down the murders for some personal reason.
